Description: Potato, a tuber which is a storehouse of instant energy. Potato is a starchy vegetable which are fried, sautéed, baked, boiled in common, so we thought “Why not pickle it!” And the result was a good crispy and crunchy pickle that has a similar texture to mango pickles. The recipe for potato pickle was perfected over multiple attempts in our atelier, to give you the right flavor, that balances the starchiness and retain the crunch of the potato. We ensure that the excess starch is washed away and dried thoroughly before pickling. This pickle is enough to leave you mouth-watering and will definitely make it to your comfort food list. We are sure you will savour our Cauliflower pickle to the bottom of the jar and your heart.
