Description: Gooseberry also known as Amla or Nellikai is a fond childhood memory for many, as it has a sour taste at first and a sweet after taste that keeps lingering in your mouth. Taking the all-time favourite Gooseberry and making a pickle requires a combination of spices that will blend well with the tanginess and the sweet after taste. And we don’t stop at that. At our Atelier, the gooseberry pickle ferments for a month for the delicious pieces of Gooseberry to soak in the flavours. It takes 1 month of fermenting for you to experience the magic of flavours.
