Description: Cauliflower has a crunchy texture, which when pickled, gives you a lip-smacking taste. We worked on the flavors in our atelier, that will accentuate the crispiness of the cauliflower. On keeping the Cauliflower pickle for a longer time, it turns softer. To retain the crispiness, refrigerate it. We ensure that each floret is hand-picked, washed and dried thoroughly before pickling.
This pickle is enough to leave your mouth-watering and will definitely make it to your comfort food list. We are sure you will savour our Cauliflower pickle to the bottom of the jar and your heart.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, Lemon juice, Garlic, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric powder, Mustard powder, Cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Asafoetida, Salt, Sesame oil
